Every care is taken in the packaging of your garment, and is checked for the quality finish by several  inspectors. The package is then dispatched to your address and you will recieve the garment 15 to 20 working days after the day you order.

Made to measure will be 28 days after the day you order, you must provide accurate measurements by using the measuring chart provided.

Returns will be accepted, if you have a valid reason, and must be returned with the postal mark within 24 hours of recieving, meaning, as long as the postal mark is within the 24 hour period for return.

The garment should be returned as you found it, it will not be accepted if soil marks are found on it, or any stains.

If the garment is our mistake, you will be refunded, money and postage in full, you will have the choice to have a replacement if desired with no cost to you.

You are required to send an email informing us of the problem and the cause of return, within the 24 hour period of delivery.

The company will not be held responsible for the change of mind, of the said garment., no refund will apply.
